“A Love Electric,” a pornchic and sci-fi comedy by a bold new Australian company
The film is bold and ambitious, and the
quality is absolutely top-notch. “A Love Electric,” a production
by the new Australian company Lickerish Way, truly sets an excellent
standard, with an engaging plot and outstanding performers.
We
were very intrigued when we read the interview with the producers,
who declared their “eternal love” for 1970s pornchic. Honestly,
the film strikes us as a cross between some works from that era and
Axel Braun’s parodies (especially in terms of aesthetics).
Incidentally, we discovered that this project was seven years in the
making; the producers and director DC Xavier are advocates of
Australian independent cinema, which has produced some truly
beautiful films over the years, but they had no prior experience in
the adult entertainment industry.
They chose three private
performers who had no experience in front of a professional camera,
but the selection was very careful. Just look at the personal
websites of Isla Fae, Nyssa Lavigne, and Katija Cortez to see that
we’re dealing with three top-tier professionals. And their
performances in the film confirm all the talent, beauty, and erotic
energy that radiates from the images on their professional sites.
The story is set in a bizarre 23rd century that pays homage to
“The Jetsons”. Isla Fae, in the lead role, and her husband,
played by Ryan James, share an intimate and open sexual relationship.
However, this relationship could become complicated due to the
presence of sensual “sex bots”—robots with extremely human-like
features and behaviors. Humor is the central theme and fits perfectly
with the sex scenes. In short, we really enjoyed this film and highly
recommend it to anyone looking for something different and
stimulating. Here’s the trailer.
