All ready in Las Vegas for the night of stars. Preceded as usual by the largest exhibition in the world of the adult industry, the "AVN Expo", there will tonight at 9 PM (L.A. time, will be sunday morning in Europe) at the “Hard Rock Hotel” the thirtieth ceremony of the AVN Awards, the highest awards of porn in the world, hosted by Asa Akira and Jesse Jane. There is great expectation therefore to find out who will be the Queens of porn in the beginning of 2013 which will sanction the best performances of last year. Spotlight on those who are obviously the most prestigious awards, those of "Female Performer of the Year" in which competing the best american artists, and the "Female Foreign Performer of the Year". For the first award promises to be a very hard choice, given the extraordinary performances unlined last year by the twenty stars who were nominated last december. Asa Akira is definitely among the favorites, last year the actress from New York won many awards but lacked the most prestigious. But the jury may also prefer Lexi Belle or Gracie Glam who gave birth in 2012 to some wonderful interpretations.
Is difficult, in my point of view, that the preference goes to Bobbi Starr who won last year. The only diva able to win two consecutive AVN Awards for "Female Performer of the Year" was Tori Black in 2010 and 2011, Bobbi is therefore in search of the record held by her fellow citizen (they are both from Seattle). Attention to a great artist like Eva Angelina, returned this year in nomination after a few years of absence. Important outsiders are also Kristina Rose, Chanel Preston and Andy San Dimas. Eye on the patrol of emerging artists, led by Jessie Andrews which last year was awarded as the "Best Actress". The AVN Awards 2013 could also be the culmination of a remarkable career for Alexis Texas and Kayden Kross, two of the most beautiful divas, famous, talented, loved and admired that never managed to hit the coveted award. Among the twenty artists nominated for the award "Female Performer of the Year" eight are also vying for the prize of “Best Actress”: Lily Carter, Gracie Glam, Andy San Dimas, Lily LaBeau, Bobbi Starr, Allie Haze, Chanel Preston and Brooklyn Lee. Some of the best scenes that will surely give strength to the nominations of these actresses are the anal performances of Lexi Belle (the first of her career) in "Lexi”, of Skin Diamond in "The sexual Messiah" and of Kristina Rose in "Unfiltered ", even though for me the best anal performance of 2012 was that of Kagney Linn Karter in" Prince the penetrator”. Kagney however not was nominated for the most prestigious prize, but her performance is vying for the prize of "Best Anal Scene". Among the scenes that I saw in 2012, I liked a lot Alexis Texas in "D3viance", Gracie Glam in "U.S. Sluts 3", Chanel Preston and Jada Stevens in their double penetrations, respectively in "Chanel Preston: No limits" (in which the same Chanel is the protagonist of a beautiful gangbang) and "DP Fanatic".
Again Lexi Belle has been absolutely perfect in two threesome, the first with two men in "Lexi" and the other with Gracie Glam in "The parodies 2". Among the films in the running for an award (Best Comedy) I liked a lot "Nurses 2" by Digital Playground, a comedy among other things a lot of fun and really at level of the first "Nurses" from 2009. From the cast of the first film, there are only Jesse Jane and Riley Steele. The new entries have been rather Kayden Kross, Bibi Jones, Selena Rose and Alexis Texas. Among the productions "All Sex" I've got to dedicate a post to our blog to "Lexi", a film that I'm hooked. Lexi Belle was nominated for several awards, and therefore could be the greatest star of this thirtieth edition of the AVN Awards. I think she is the real favorite for the most coveted prize.
Among the non-American divas vying for the award for "Female Foreign Performer of the Year" would be the right time for Black Angelika, so loved by fans of porn. According to rumors, she would be the favorite. Eternal favorites are obviously Aletta Ocean and Aleska Diamond, both of which already rewarded in their careers and for this reason I believe that preferences will go elsewhere. Even Tarra White and Anna Polina I think have very good chances but I still want to venture a name surprise, Aliz that was absolutely brilliant in films like "Aliz Loves Rocco" with Rocco Siffredi, "A ship E-rect" and "Swinger's Club Prive 2 ".
Aliz, as I have always said, is a performer who has nothing to envy to none. We thus hope that she to be more fortunate of her fellow Madison Parker, an artist whose exceptional talent not have been fully recognized by the deserved prizes. Among the scenes of last year I also liked a lot the threesome of Anissa Kate in "Den of depravity" and the groupsex scene starring Claire Castel in "Pornochic 23" by Marc Dorcel.
