Here we are! This is the night of the stars!

We are finally at 24 January and at the longest night of the porn industry. This night in Las Vegas (in Europe will be on Sunday morning) will be crowned queens and kings at the annual ceremony of the AVN Awards, this year hosted by Alexis Texas and Tommy Pistol. The awards in the porn industry are many, all preceded by exhibitions in the same way like the AVN Awards (the 2015 AVN Expo kicked off January 21 and ends this evening). But no one has the charm of this authentic “Oscar Night” in which an award may launch or consolidate a great career of a pornstar. The last year has been so for Bonnie Rotten, was crowned "Female Performer of the Year" at the end of an extraordinary period of success. Bonnie's career continued in 2014 following this road and this year the young and exuberant artist from Cincinnati is definitely one of the favorites and has every intention of attacking the record held by Tori Black, the only artist in the history of porn to be honored as "Female Performer of the Year" for two consecutive years.

We try to make our predictions? We make them every year and therefore also for 2015 is mandatory. Bonnie Rotten is logically among the favorites while Anikka Albrite was already "Female Performer of the Year" at the XBIZ Awards and for this reason it seems difficult that the jury will choose her for the same award in Las Vegas.

Riley Reid, Dani Daniels and Maddy O'Reilly are all young stars who could get their hands on the most prestigious award but also Chanel Preston and Jada Stevens, who in their career have already won many awards but they lack the scepter more important. Last year was chosen an emerging artist whose incredible quality led her to forge ahead. We think that for this reason there is certainly among the “outsiders” Adriana Chechik, extraordinary performer that has all the credentials to become queen. Among the possible surprises we do the names of  Zoey Monroe and Jodi Taylor, both at the first nominations.

Great favorite among the foreign performers is the last year's winner, Anissa Kate. Her relentless pace of work, more like those of an american artist, make the french diva definitely among the most successful in the States than other colleagues who come from Europe. Anissa will defend the throne in particular from the assaults of Samantha Bentley, Henessy, Jasmine Jae and Franceska Jaimes. Among the possible surprises we do names Mira Sunset, Lola Reve and Gina Gerson. Among the nominations there is not Misha Cross, "Female Foreign Performer of the Year" at the XBIZ Awards. The young polish artist is in fact in the running for the award of “Best New Starlet” and she is in the group of the favorites along with Keisha Grey, Ariana Marie , Carter Cruise and Aidra Fox. Finally we look at forward for the award of “Best Actress”, and in this case we place great emphasis on Bonnie Rotten for her extraordinary performance in "Cape Fear XXX". Beware though even Maddy O'Reilly (The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee), Stevie Shae (Apocalypse X), Samantha Saint (Cinderella XXX) and Carter Cruise (Second Chances), this latter “Best New Starlet” and “Best Actress” to XBIZ Awards.
