Our solidarity to Christy Mack
Swollen and covered with bruises and cuts in a hospital bed. The photos have been around the world, even if the details of this chilling episode were released a few days later on August 8, the day when it all happened. The victim is Christy Mack, young international porn artist, "Best New Starlet" at the latest edition of XBIZ Award. She was beaten by Jonathan Koppenhaver, martial arts champion and her ex-boyfriend: he was denounced and on his head hangs a size of 10 thousand dollars. The photos are impressive, including bruising, cuts and swellings. But the medical report still leaves most speechless: 18 fractured bones in the area of the eyes, the nose was broken in two places, some teeth blown away, more bruises in various parts of the body. The reason seems to have been jealousy. Koppenhaver entered in the Las Vegas home of Christy while she was in the company of a friend. He first beat him and then sending him away and then he has dedicated himself to his ex-girfriend. “He made me undress and take a shower in front of him - Christy tell - after which he dragged me out and started hitting me in the face. I do not remember how many times I was hit, I just know what were the results of his barrel”. As for Koppenhaver is currently being searched but he wrote these raving messages posted on Twitter. “I'm not a bad guy - he writes - I wanted to surprise my girlfriend, help her organize her show and give her an engagement ring”. And again, “The police will not believe me ever. I'm still deciding what to do but at the end of the day I only have my heart in pieces”. To end with, “I just wish it were not that man there, and that me and Christy were still happily engaged. I'm not why I am so damned. Someday the truth will come out”. From our side all the solidarity possible for our Christy and wishes to heal quickly and get back on the set to delight us with her performances. Against the aggressor all our indignation and our condemnation, we just hope that justice will be done as soon as possible.
